What's included
We treat mold as a building and moisture problem, not a scent-masking job. Source first, growth second, every time.
- Moisture source review and affected-area mapping
- Containment to limit spore migration
- Removal of contaminated materials as scoped
- Cleaning and antimicrobial treatment where specified
- Drying verification before rebuild starts
Process
- Step 01
Find the water path
Remediation without source control is temporary. We start with how moisture got in and map the full affected area before removing a single board.
- Step 02
Remove & clean under containment
Affected materials leave the building under controlled conditions. Containment limits spore migration so adjacent spaces stay protected throughout.
- Step 03
Dry & release to rebuild
Drying targets and documentation confirm the building is ready for carpentry and finishes, so new materials are not trapping a live problem.
Remediation without drying is incomplete
Mold can start growing on wet material within 24 to 48 hours, so removing the visible growth does nothing if the moisture source or humidity behind it is still there. We track drying targets with meters and document the results, so insulation, drywall, and finishes go back onto dry structure, not onto damp material with a fresh coat of paint.
