Containment is the product
We started ACM Abatement Services to do one thing well: keep asbestos and mold jobs from spreading past the room they started in. Most of our work is asbestos abatement or mold remediation, and interior demolition when a project calls for it. We're based in Little Falls Township and work across North Jersey, on houses and on commercial buildings, and we write a scope before we touch anything so the owner, the GC, and the insurance company are all reading the same page.
If you manage a building or own the property, you've probably already got enough to track on a hazmat job. We're not going to add to that pile. Barriers go up, negative air runs, and when the work is done you get the clearance paperwork the same day, not two weeks later after somebody remembers to write it up.
Credentials
Licensed and insured for the asbestos, mold, and demolition work we bid in New Jersey. Ask for our current contractor license, asbestos certification, and certificates of insurance when you request an estimate.
Why ACM
Three commitments that show up in every estimate and every shift.
One plan across trades
Asbestos, mold, and interior demolition are scoped together when the site needs it, so containment is not undone by the next crew. One estimate, one schedule, one point of contact.
Paper trail with the work
Clearance notes, waste tickets, and photos are part of the job. Owners and GCs get documentation in the format insurers expect.
Direct contact
You get a reachable number and a named path from first call to estimate. No auto-routing, no generic inbox. When you call, you reach someone who knows the project and can talk it through in English or Spanish.
Talk through a project
Got a survey already? Send it over. Just a suspect material and a hunch? That's enough to start the conversation.
